Hey if you are planing to buy a phone in that price range go for the n900. The n97 is prettymuch a waste of money(with the tax in srilanka). You should buy the 5800 or the n900. The n900 has much MUCH more features. The price is about the same though.

I've been keeping track of all the Nokia phones in the last few years and got to say mameo and the n900 seems to be the future. You can see all your flash content on your phone. Its almost twice as fast as the n97, bigger screen, firefox!(with some addons like adblock plus), You can even run android on the n97 along with your normal OS.

thanks for the info my friend ,yeah looks like n97 is in still hang on to high pricce in srilanka .i only check its online price . anyway i have 30k now and i'm planing to buy nokia5800.
can i buy n900 for this price,

the n900 and the n9xx series are considered as mobile computers. Not phones. Didnt know that the n900 is 75k here.

But i think that the 5800 is a very good phone.
Both n900 and the n97 will cost more than 30k. And i don't think there is much reason to upgrade to the n97 from the 5800.

It should be Rs.37,900 with Warrenty. I bought 5800 for Rs.27,900 without Warranty, thats from Dubai....
