Even if he is bad we cannot have an option as he is a career central banker (like the rest of them in CBSL and also holds Phd in P) and cannot be good either as he was there in CBSL when all things went bad in monetary policy of SL , with Cabral twice , and raised no voice ! So our choices are limited ! I do not think he knows what to do as theory and pragmatic approach  differ and he has to work with politicians who wants to rock the boat than to help him. Eg JVP asking not to remit money , GLP and Champika spreading  fear psychosis   on banking system. Who wants this thankless job in present context. He is as guilty as any other in CBSL for not raising voice similar to Bond issue when far more serious damage done to Monetary Policy of Govt then</p></blockquote><p></p>
