Late 2020 I posted a thread on the Israeli developed mask using Nanotechnology.... This is now sold by Sonovia. It's a reusable mask which is coated in zinc oxide (and/or Silver) nanoparticles that destroy bacteria, fungi and viruses. The technique was perfected over 10 years of research in the Bar-Ilan University - Israel and the special fabric was initially produced in Germany. Probably they are manufacturing it in Israel now. The nanoparticles are blasted into the fabric using an ultrasonic process.
On independent lab tests, these neutralize the novel coronavirus at an effectiveness of 99.34%. Also it's 99.999% effective against bacteria. It's anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Also it has a 97% certified filtration level of 3 micron particles....The fabric retains the anti-viral property for over a year and washable over 55 times.... but a bit expensive around $60.00 each. But for a healthcare facility it's not a big deal.
