Need a Good Dictionary for my PC

Hi Guys,

I need a good Dictionary for my PC (vista). Can anyone give latest versions of Some very good software dictionaries.

I heard that Oxford Dictionary is good because it has vocal pronounsation included.

Anyone have a Oxford dictionary dictionary with both British pronunciation and American pronunciation?
