Virus case ekak thamai..eth dan virus eka na eth ara seen eka thinawa....

Machan oka explorer.exe virus eka wenna one.....oya virus eke backup hadagannawa

    C:/Documets and settings/All Users/Application Data folder eke.....
Don't Open it....Install Bitdefender or Avg ...and go to the folder...
if this virus is the cause.there will be 2 files named Explorer.exe and a autorun.inf file...
u cant delete these file because these files have a back up in the system volume information folder.....

1.get the task manager and see if there is 2 explorers running....check the "Mem Usage.........end process the file thattis low on usage.................
2.gain access to the systemvolume information folder
    Tools-->Folder Options-->Select the View Tab-->there will be lines ticked..remove them.....they are:Show Pop up description.........
    :Use Simple File sharing...
The Last 2 of the Tab...
    3.Apply and OK
4..then right clck and select the properties on the Systemvolume info folder...
5.there will be a tab calle Security...
6.select it and you will see only SYSTEM has permission.....
    7.select "ADD",...then a window will come up......select "Advaced"
    8.Then Select "Find Now"
9.then there will be a list in the bottom....
10.select the one called "Everyone"...then select "OK"
    11.again select "OK"
12.then you will see ticks has been putted in the bottom..
13.tick these....."Full Control"[Ticks nathi ewata ticks danna....habai Everyone select karala witharai..
    14..the select apply and ok
15.then you have access to the sys volume folder..
16.I am doing this manually coz it is sure to.. me and i use bitdefender..
17.Use the virus guard that you have to scan ......there will be 2 or 3 files ,,viruses,,defenitely....delete those.......
18.then you can delete the files at the document and setting folder..
19.Restart The PC and there wont be any Problem.....
20.the reason i told you to search the sysvolume folder when you delete the files at the doc and settings a copy of the virus comes again from the sys vol info folder...
if delete the source there isnt a back up..so the virus cant copy again....
    I Hope This Helps You...:):):)
