need a help in phpbb configuration

just now i install the phpbb to web site,,,,

and i cpnfigure the ist step

after configure only i can access the user control panel


in the admin panel show this messege

our config file (config.php) is currently world-writable. We strongly encourage you to change the permissions to 640 or at least to 644 (for example: chmod 640 config.php).


so can anyone help me to do the rest

and explain to me how to delete the install directory before you use your board
