Try to use Adobe Audition (Any Version) and open your music file. (i used ver: 1.5). Now Select a portion of MUSIC ONLY AREA (Without Voice area) . Now go to >Effects>Noice Reduction> Noise Reduction. Now press "Capture Profile" button. It will "sample the music" as a noice.

Now press "Select Entire File" Button.

Now press OK buton. It will process for a long time and remove the MUSIC by assuming it a noice. Now check the song. If you are lucky, the music may have been gone.

Note - Before attempt this, make a copy of original song and do this to the COPY, please. Otherwise you may destroy your original master.

Hope this will help with your project.

Give it a try. Good Luck...!

Well Yes... First you have to sample a music only portion as noice. For that you have to try different parts, but NOT with any voice you need to keep. or else you can copy and make a mix of music part at the end of the song by copy and paste method.. at noice reduction page, there is a sliding bar to increase and decrease the reduction level. try it.

However when you remove any part of music, it greatly reduce the quality of voice. If it is too much,it may sounds horrible.

This is mnly for basic requirements and not for professional applications.. You have to try many times with different setting combinations. First attempt may sounds horrible, but don't give it up....!!
