One unique feature is that you can transfer data to specific category of PocketPC contacts such as Business, Personal etc. It follows very simple approach. What we did is: we provided you two programs. One works on desktop computer having Microsoft windows and other on Pocket PC device. You just have to use the desktop side program (Pocket PC contacts Synchronizer) to create desktop database profile. Pocket PC side program is for registration only. Pocket PC Contacts Synchronizer also import Pocket PC Contacts data to desktop as a comma separated file(CSV).

for samsung download samsung PC suite and samsung PIM manager from samsung support site
same for the nokia PC Suite for your model from nokia.

or use the cd which comes with the phone to install pc suite

connect the phone via usb or bluetooh
goto sync settings and select only the contacts (if u dont need calender and task items) and on the settings select ms outlook or even ms outlook express and press sync
easy as that.

you can also import / export the contacts from / to a CSV (comma sepetared text) or MS EXCEL to keep the back up on a cd or memory stick

+ you can also upload all your contacts to your hotmail contact list using the exported CSV file
