Are short courses offered by the Youth Center good? (Electrical,6 months,NVQ level 4)

Is it a good idea to do London A/L's as well?
Which is better, Edexcel or Cambridge?

Some good english courses you guys know of. Colombo University English course,British counicl etc?

Is taking the SAT's a good idea? If so, what are the institutions that offer it?
