Looks like Unity Plaza also running out of AMD stuff. Spend around hours and finally got the message they will get the goods in next week. SL mega is good but getting components separately cost much compared buying entire computer parts from Unity Plaza.

Yeah I notice one shop next to MITECH in first floor. They have older model CPU's without CPU coolers. They had upto AMD X2 6000+ I decided to go for that but then they said they don't have coolers for that and plus no mobo either. So waiting for build my AMD quad next week.
