need big help ....E220 not working ?

Hi im using a Dialog student package and with E220 modem since few days i can't connect to the internet... pc detects the modem but when i open mobile partner it says service is disconnected or not available

i installed it again but results same even in a nother pc .... i called arcade pepole & they says my connection is ok.

What is wrong? is it because of a virus? please help

its possible the E220 is busted. Those things are known to overheat and go belly up.
