Need Help About USB LAN

he said it's working on his PC,may his usb hub/cable is faulty
but I'm not aware of the exact device and question that he asks

which probably means his laptop doesnt have USB 2.0.

thats probably cause the pen drive works in USB 1.1 mode but that lan card wont work in 1.1 mode.
Doesnt the laptop have any onboard LAN cards ? just how old is that laptop ?

get a PCMCIA Lan or wifi card for that laptop. That's the best for laptops.

I saw there is ASUS PCMCIA WiFi card for Rs1750
even my old Celeron 733Mhz laptop has USB 2.0
