need help.... converting flv file

Again need ur help....coz is loosin my patience :s

Aioo i need to convert youtube video (flv file) to a normal file, which is
accepted by Nero Burning to burn that video on a cd (vcd).
Ive tried some online things, but it didnt work properly, or its like giving it
60% of the original video...

Can someone help me, to give me a complete, working, easy software/link to do this?!
