Need help on IDD calls

Guys i need to find a software which is free and also which can have IDD calls for free. I specially need to talk to USA and Oman. Whatever the software is, it should be able to talk to a land phone or a mobile which is in another country. mata udaw karanna. pls...... catch u'll l8r.

I have tested Some Two Software... They can use to Call but have some restrictions..
