Need help pleease

I encountered two probs!

the option dialog box of windows media palyer (Tools---option) doesn't have other page tabs. earlier there were 6/7 pages. Please help me to get it correct. because now WMP doesn't work well with DVDs. it doesn't show all chapters in the DVD.

The other problem is how to find the temporary folder where Int. explorer temorary download its files.

Please help me

You can get the media player 11 setup from microsoft web site. The link is http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/default.aspx

For your DVD problem if you have already installed cyberlink or any other DVD player you should be able to play DVDs in WMP11 without any problem. If you don't have any other DVD player then you should installed additional pluings for WMP11. You could get them at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/plugins.aspx. Be careful to choose one only. Almmost all the listed plugins are good.
