I'm 24 and work as a freelancer from home, which has been great for my financial stability, but it’s also left me feeling pretty lonely. I’ve struggled to make friends, especially since my school years when I felt out of place. I’ve realized that I tend to be antisocial and often avoid social interactions, but now I really want to change that.

I want to learn how to be more extroverted, make new friends, and maybe even find a girlfriend. It’s a bit overwhelming for me because socializing doesn't come naturally, but I know it's something I need to work on.

Can anyone share advice on how to start being more social? Are there any good places or groups to meet new people in Sri Lanka (especially for someone who's not very social)? Any tips for introverts trying to make this shift would be super helpful.

what are your interests and hobbies? interact with people who share the same interests as yours. Make friends with them on social media. Attend their meetups and such. You can always be more comfortable with people who share the same passion as yours.

    1) make an "aesthetic" instagram account and upload "aesthetic" stories daily, maintain your account, don't upload cringe shits, follow some high caste GenZ girls ( visit CIS, musaeus...pages and check the followers, you could find them there )
and don't DM them, just reply for their stories, if they are interested they will reply back

    2) go outside and touch some fucking grass, go to public places like coffee shops, malls and then approach women

    3) avoid night clubs and drugs

    අඳල හුකෝල ගනී කට්ටිය.
