Need to waterproof the terrace

What is the best way to do it for at least 5 years
I got 2 options so far. Need your help on this

• 2K Epoxy Floor Paint -Red/Black/Grey/Brown/Green​

• Colorchem Self levelling Epoxy Flooring Kit​

• or something else ??​

Just waterproof and put some cheap tiles...i think self levelling epoxy is around 750 for a sqft ..you can lay tile for a cheaper price

I used shellcote and tiled it. no issues for past 14 years.
