• Are you able to Read and understand Use Case,Activity,Class diagrams ?
• How To Call Stored Procedures , Connect DB , CRUD operation
• N Layered Application (How To Create)
• OOP (Abstract Classes / Interfaces/Inheritance)
• Entity Framework (I'm not that much expert on this yet)
• ASP .NET or ASP .NET MVC Web Creation
• WCF End points and Web API
• Angular as a Front End Creation (I'm still not expert on this yet)

Hope others will improve my list on their experience too
