ලොල්. කියපු දේ අර්ථේ තේරුම්ගනින්. ලංකාවේ 3-4 වගේ වෙද්දි සිනියර් කරනවා. 4-5 වගේ ටෙක්ලිඩ්. ඔය අතරින් හරිම දක්ෂ වුන් ඉන්නේ අඩුවෙන් ඔය ලෙවල් එකට එන්න. ඕව කම්පැනි වලින් කරන්නේ outsource කරද්දි ගාන කපාගන්න. පිටරට පිටරට පස්ෙස දුවන්නේ නැතිව එහෙනම් දේශිය සොෆ්ට්වෙයා කර්මාන්තය දියුනු කරගෙන වැඩ කරපංකෝ.. කම්පැනි 20ක් හරියට කියපං දේශිය සොෆ්ට්වෙයා හරිහමන් ප්‍රඩක්ට්ස් දුවන. පිටරට එපා නම්..
