The VAT will be applied after adding the other taxes and levy. VAT applies to the final value.

2.08% will be the correct NBT rate as per the confirmation I got.

I recalculated the percentages using one of my old tax invoices. Your figurers are correct. The increase in NBT is due it's being added after applying the telecommunication levy.

However, Dialog has already started charging new rates from their prepaid connections.

I still have an issue with your table in the first page. I think you have considered NBT twice
1. as NBT 2.08%
2. as other government levy 2.08%.

As far as I know there can only be
01. Telecommunication Levy
02. NBT
03. VAT.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
