New UNICEF chief wants to work for “Tamil homeland”!

Philippe Duamelle, newly appointed head of UNICEF in Sri Lanka, has visited Killinochchi and discussed with B. Nadesan, Political head of tiger terrorist organization the work of the United Nations in general in the "Tamil homeland" and the program of releasing under-18 persons by the tigers according to a statement released by the tiger terrorists' Peace Secretariat.
Nadesan had complained to UNICEF chief that UNICEF is deliberately delaying carrying out its programme in 'Tamil homeland.'
