I checked a compute science one in a uni with qs ranking 650-700. Costs less than 6 laks per year for 2 years.And the living cost is about 700 CA$ with the apartment cost of 400 CA$. Checked 2 more unis in 300 something range and 500-550 range. They cost about 7 laks per year. And the living cost is slightly higher.
