Others can pay money and have the same level of education. that's the only different I can c with gov Unis and PVT unis. U cannot measure peoples talents just from one exam. This kind of mentality never lead u to success. Remember , there's no limit fr education.  If u ppl really talented, take this as a challenge. don't behave like little kids.</blockquote>
