Two envelopes (6"x9")6. Go to GS and Hand over the documents, he/she will verify the docs & you have to pay 250/= to GS7. Take the receipt (with QR code) and other documents from GS and go to AG/ DS office8. give the document set, that gave by GS9 they will check & give a date for one day of service (i submit last Friday and my date is 22nd)waiting for the 22nd of this month to get a new ID, I am from Kandy, bataramulla office will accept documents from 7.30am to 1.30PMi think to go to Colombo early as possible on that day</blockquote>
