The National Movement Against Terrorism (NMAT) held a successful blood donation at Kirulapone Police Station on March 6 to boost the morale of the Security Forces and the people. It was the first time the NMAT worked so closely wth the police.
Tamils and Muslims too participated in this programme which the Venerable Narada Thera of the Bodhi Buddhist Center along with the OIC Kirulapone Police helped to organize the programme which was publicised through leaflets, posters and public announcements.
