If you are after Quad SLI with two 9800GX2 cards you can forget about playing under XP. Nvidia clearly said that at least for the time being Quad SLI driver works only under Vista.

Both Vista 32 and 64bit are included but so far the current Forceware 174.53 for XP doesn’t have support for Quad SLI.

Funny thing is that they grunt when they have to pay 100 bucks to buy Vista (OEM whatever edition :D), but would not even think twice when buying two enthusiast level cards. Maybe their bank account sinks when they buy all the hardware :D

they grunt to pay 100 bucks for vista cause it doesnt worth 100 bucks (or 100 cents for that matter) and the hardware works faster on XP all the time rather than on sloppy vista.

Like these cards are worth the 600 bucks too! These new generation cards don't even give the 2x+ performance improvements we used to see in the R360->R480 and GFFX -> GF6 days. And they didn't even cost 600 bucks for that performance!

well atleast they work faster than older cards, and as you might have noticed vista is slower than the predecessor, actually a 8800 GT is faster than two 7950 cards
