The second digit is for the level of water protection - in the case of the Nokia 3720 it's a 4, meaning the handset is splash resistant.We are also guessing there is some kind shock resistance, but at this point it's not clear how much exactly.It has been quite a while since Nokia released their last dust and water resistant phone - the Nokia 5500 Sport. Back then it was running Symbian OS, but that doesn't seem to be the case with entry-level Nokia 3720. Even from this blurry photo it's pretty clear that we are looking at an S40 device here.In the same time Samsung have released two modern ruggedized handsets - the 3G enabled Samsung B2700 and the cheaper Samsung B2100 Xplorer.The rest of the information about Nokia 3720 we have is limited - it will be available in September in T-Mobile stores among others.
