dude, Keep a Ubuntu live CD, free....
wen u need smtn, just put the cd, load ubuntu, load firefox, do evrything u do with Net..... and the bottom line, if u kw what is the virus,delete it....
I am quite sure ur Norton is infected too.....

if u dnt hv 1, go to a Net Cafe...thr are plenty
