We have to pass food health and safety course and that's one of the main things we got to know. However if you kept them in your home fridge and put them in freezer once close to expire, is not recommended as domestic fridge is constantly change their temperature due to open and close. Industrial fridge is designed to maintain temperature even if they have open windows.  If you buy stuff that expire within next 2-3 days put them to freezer immediately after purchase.</blockquote>
