May 20th - instead of boycotting let's follow the guidance from the Qur'an and Hadith. Let's join together and learn/share/follow the beautiful teachings of Islam and become better Muslims in the process of doing Da'wah - "with wisdom and beautiful preaching" - Insha'Allah. : )

Rasulullah [SallAllahu Alayhi WaSallam] said, "Do not be people without minds of your own, saying that if others treat you well - you will treat them well, and that if they do wrong - you will do wrong. Instead, accustom yourselves to do good if people do good and not to do wrong if they do evil." (Al-Tirmidhi #1325)

"And who is better in speech than he who [says: "My Lord is Allâh (believes in His Oneness)," and then stands firm (acts upon His Order), and] invites (men) to Allâh's (Islâmic Monotheism), and does righteous deeds, and says: "I am one of the Muslims." (The Qur'an 41:33)

"Invite (all) to the way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for thy Lord knoweth, best who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance." (The Qur'an 16:125)

How one man single handedly, could weld warring tribes and wandering Bedouins into a most powerful and civilized nation in less than two decades.

It is a great shame for any one to listen to the accusation that Islam is a lie and that Muhammad was a fabricator and a deceiver. We saw that he remained steadfast upon his principles, with firm determination; kind and generous, compassionate, pious, virtuous, with real manhood, hardworking and sincere. Besides all these qualities, he was lenient with others, tolerant, kind, cheerful and praiseworthy and perhaps he would joke and tease his companions.

He was just, truthful, smart, pure, magnanimous and
present-minded; his face was radiant as if he had lights
within him to illuminate the darkest of nights; he was a
great man by nature who was not educated in a school
nor nurtured by a teacher as he was not in need of any of this."

I wanted to know the best of one who holds today undisputed sway over the hearts of millions of mankind.

I became more than convinced that it was not the sword that won a place for Islam in these days in the shceme of life. it was the rigid simplicity , the utter-self effacement of the prophet the scrupuluous regard for his pledges. His intense devotions to his friends and followers, his intrepidity his fearlessness, hsi absolute trust in God and his own mission. these and the sword carried everything before them and surmounted every obstacle. When I closed the end volume (of the prophet biography) I was sorry there was not more for me to read of the great life.

If any religion had the chance of ruling over England, nay Europe within the next hundred years,
    it could be Islam.:)

I have always held the religion of Muhammad in high estimation because of its wonderful vitality.
It is the only religion which appears to me to possess that assimilating capacity to the changing phase of existence which can make itself appeal to every age.

I have studied him - the wonderful man and in my opinion far from being an anti-Christ, he must be
    called the Savior of Humanity.

I believe that if a man like him were to assume the dictatorship of the modern world he would succeed
in solving its problems in a way that would bring it the
    much needed peace and happiness."

It was the first religion that preached and practiced democracy; for, in the mosque, when the call for prayer is sounded and worshippers are gathered together, the democracy of Islam is embodied
five times a day when the peasant and king kneel side by side and proclaim: 'God Alone is Great'...
I have been struck over and over again by this indivisible unity of Islam that makes man instinctively a brother."

you are saying right brother, but we don't have to deny the importance of braking evil through good ways. . i am agree Boycott is actually not the complete idea but a tool to brake other from doing evils things which can also harm them. It dont brake us to give open dawah to them, we can use it as final action.
I hope you will understand my points.
