Nvidia 560 ti-Problem[urgent help]

Hi, i'm Using Powerlogic MAGNUM 535 PSU..and i'm going to buy Nvidia 560ti . can some one tell me is that ok to use this with my power.can i have full performance with that power.GTX graphic card power requirement :- Maximum Graphics Card Power (W)170 W
Minimum System Power Requirement (W) 500 W..Please help me urgent
