Machan, that above DLL surely not complete package of office 2007/Vista, but, it might be a file that content download links, whatever applications you mentioned.

the 5mb file uncompresses a windows longhorn iso but that iso is not bootable
No idea what the KGB application will do. Best to leave this alone as we dont know how compromised this ISO really is.
