Officers were on directed patrol in the area of the Charlestown Housing Development due to an increase in firearm related incidents when they observed an individual standing in the walkway next to Bunker Hill Street. As officers started walking in the direction of this individual, they observed the two suspects exit the doorway of 145 Bunker Hill Street and stand next to the same individual standing in the walkway. Officers, being in plain clothes, were closely monitored by the suspects
