This is for MW & UG
Hey, I hope this will guide you guys to play MW/U2 online since not everyone is using the original version. follow the given instructions carefully..

1. Make sure you have installed NFS-MW/U2 & 100% working

2. Install "patch 1.3" (For MW ONLY)

- Download : http://www.softwarepatch.com/games/need4speed-wanted.html

3. Install Hamachi

- Download : http://www.filehippo.com/download_hamachi/

- Select one of the the versions from the given list as shown above. (Prefer : Download Latest Version)

4. Join the network "NFS MW SL3" & the password is "123"...

- How To:

Open Hamachi

NOTE : x.xx.xxx.xx is your hamachi IP. Please do not give it out unless you trust.

As shown in the above figure click on the button to join an existing network & enter the network name & the pass.

5. Next go to your game directory (For MW Ex: E:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Most Wanted OR For U2 ..\Need for Speed Underground 2) & open server.cfg file in Notepad.

6. Next copy your hamachi IP & paste it in the places marked as shown below

For NFS-MW

FOR NFS-U2

7. Download & Install the pLan Application.

- Download :

- After installation open pLan & be patience until it automatically minimizes to the taskbar. Then right click on the pLan Client which is placed on the taskbar and select "Internet" ONLY. (DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE)

8. Open NFS-MW/U2 & select "LAN Play". A list of available servers will be displayed.

- If you need to Create your own server click on the button "Create Server" & Create a game & ask a player to join. (The server you created will be displayed under LAN server list)

- Once the player joins it will show in the game room.

Note : Make sure pLan Client + hamachi is running before you play MW/U2 online.

This is the simplest method of playing NFS: MW online and the method recommended for GCRL.

Step 1
Update NFS MW to version 1.3 and make sure its working 100%
Download from : http://www.softwarepatch.com/games/need4speed-wanted.html

Note: speed.exe version 1.3 crack needs to be applied for the game to work correctly after installing the patch.

Step 2
Install Wippien
Download from : http://www.wippien.com/download.php

Note: 64bit OS users need to install the network driver seperately. Download links provided on the same page.

Step 3
Download and install pLan application
Download from : http://rs435.rapidshare.com/files/169360737/ABiliTy-pLan.rar

That's it for the setting up


To play the game do the following

Step 1
Run Wippien. You can login through your Google account or create a new account.

Note: If any other VPN software (hamachi, garena etc) is running it may cause conflicts. It is recommended to disable/uninstall these.

Step 2
Run pLan and wait until it automatically minimizes to the system tray. Then right click on the pLan Client which is placed on the system tray and select "Internet" ONLY. (DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE)

Note: You might need to set the compatibility mode to Windows XP if you use Windows Vista / 7

Step 3
Run NFS MW and select LAN Play.
If you see a server named 'Joe' you are in the right place

You can either join this server and create/join a game in it or start your own server in the LAN lobby.
