Go to the place with your previous Passport ( if Any ) and with NIC and give finger prints ...they will give you a form to sign to get the signature scanned 8. then all done .....They will send you urgent service by courier or Normal service by normal post  This is my experience so far . I saw still there are very huge queues at HQ for manual passport process . There are few things that has to improve in this online system ....but this is very good initiative for digital srilanka Cheers mate</blockquote>
