Only Quota System can reduce vehicle import not higher taxes!

There should be some way to impose Quota on vehicle imports. Charging higher taxes on cars used as Taxi will not make car imports down.Only increase government revenue and default of debt by consumers. Imports will still be there. There should be no vehicle imports for people who purchased brand new vehicles less than three years. This would improve Forex reserves too.

The question is: why reduce vehicle imports?

We need more roads, not suppression of people and creating social classes.
