:P most amazing creations always out of true experiences/tragedies ..are we so bad for enjoying them?
I was talking about the fact that it takes something like war to get the inspiration for those creations. Not about enjoying them.

ripping off isn't so tragic when done correctly ..you can never class it as bollywood ripoffs...lol i just hope kasun did give credit to actual piece :P

and if anybody know the name of that norwegian song pls mention here cos i could do with some of it right now.

you already once did mention the genres he covers. :P and yes i did not know about operatic pop, but then again one can't know every music sub genre on earth can one?

and i don't think he needs to do oscars to prove anything to anybody. it's just he don't meet up with what i see as creativity sure he can sing may be hit high notes and all that but you can do that does not make you are creative right. he IS talented hell he owns sri lankan music scene. but then again talent is not to be confused with creativity. and being a big big kk fan i think your comment might have been a tiny bit biased. and i gta admit he's not my fav musician he don't compose exactly the music i prefer .. and then you say rahamen sold out to boyle im sure you didn't mean to say that rahamen isn't talented right but he's not what you expect from a musician..I'm saying the same thing here ...:P

    No1 can..covers all sub genres yep..agree...

what u said z correct agree....yes...dats y i said...hez not up to standard yet....bt in abt..10 yrs he will be (if stayed alive):baffled: . ..no I am not biased ... KK has covered abt...10 genres ..usually artist covers...abt..3 genres but..10 z kind f exceptional

    Damine Rice.Indie folk,Folk Rock...may be Rock...

ya he's like a realy heavy drinker right ..:P

anyway do you get to enjoy all the sub terms her cover? oh is it just some parts of it? cos i could never enjoy so much genres....

i guess it's true that, rather than a complex mixture of notes, which is done with absolutely breathtakingly wide skills, a simple song is more amusing.

before answering you i know you are trying to troll

kasun is scum , true yet you can't say about rahamen for sure. and oscars don't take personal affair into acount

film producers go after popular singers and you say kasun is only popular among a few youngsters so did you expect him to be chased around by movie makers? and i remember reading an interview of him which reads "i will not take part in play back singing anymore". and since when the popular music is the most well made? ever heard of iraj, bns?

actually drunkards and drug addicts have been creating most amazing music fragments of the world...and your comment being a pun intended to the political nature of the country isn't acceptable or compatible with the logic either. war is such a fine inspiration for lit or music.

    yeah dude
    indefinetly
people who has a history of consuming drugs and drinks have even won oscars right exactly in that category
    ie
    EMINEM - LOSE YOURSELF
