Paint.NET 3.30
Ever since once I got messed up with cracking Photoshop, I’ve been using Paint.NET. It’s so simple, easy to use, light and most of all FREE & open source. What more do I need to tell. It does photo editing right. Having almost all the essential features like layers, various tools, effects etc. it competes well with its’ rivals, like Photoshop, GIMP, Paint Shop and Photo Editor. I should also mention the online support offered by its’ online community by offering various tutorials and plugins.
