Hello i'm new to Elakiri. Please help me to solve this problem.
I'll buy a item Thilinasrilanka web site. I'll pay this item from paypal 22.86GBP. After few days they said item is out of stock and refund me 22.86USD. I paied this my malaysian paypal. If i open a case in paypal can i get the balance payment?

nope machan, I escalated a case to Paypal last month. I got the refund and they didn't check the address.
