Both have got limited and I recovered them by myself long ago. So, hopefully you may not have any problem. But anyway I still have all the documents etc. and I can help you in any matter.

Obviously you can't predict how paypal reacts, cz mine was limited like 20 times over past 3 years. fortunately i was managed to recover it at all the times.
