Do you have a paypal Sri lankan address+ card or Myanmar address+card?

Where are you presently situated?

If you are situated in Myanmar and if you order goods, the goods must reach Myanmar. So you should not change address and card details. You have to comply with myanmar monitery law.

If you are staying in SL, go to paypal and then to settings and change your address to SL. And add your SL debit or credit card. And if a security pin is required again, check with your bank statement and verfy the account again.
