ඔය මචන් අර සල්ලි එන යන ප්රමාණය වැඩි කරන්නනේ ඕවා එවන්න කියන්නේ උන්. බිලක් upload කරන්නත් ඕනේ නේද? එකට උනත් ඔය ඩයලොග් බිල් එක හරි යනවා. එකේ ඔය ලංකවේ තියෙන විදිහටම address එක දැම්මේ නම් එක උනත් අවුලක් නෑ. මාත් ඔහොම හදා ගත්තා.

The proof of address you have supplied cannot be accepted, as the address on the document provided doesn't confirm an address in the country you opened your PayPal account.
Please ensure that you have an address registered, which is within the country you opened your PayPal account. If this is the case, please provide us with a new document that proves you live at the address which is currently registered.
What is a valid proof of business address?
We accept a copy of:
- Utility bills (phone and broadband services, health insurance, gas, water, electricity, etc.)
- Bank or credit card statements
- Any other government-issued letters or statements in your business name
You can take a photo of your document and upload it to your PayPal account. You can also send us a copy or a screenshot of your online bills/statements.
We do not accept:
- Purchase receipts/invoices
- Partial documents
- Screenshots of your online banking or service pages
IMPORTANT NOTE:
• The business name and address on the documents must match those on your PayPal account.
• The proof of business address document must be dated within the last 6 months.
• We cannot accept P.O. Box addresses as physical address verification.
If you prefer, you can also fax your documents to (65) 6510-4576, Attn: Compliance Department. Please state your email address and case number on each fax sheet when faxing the documents.
Note that we can't accept email attachments. If you email us attachments, we'll still require you to upload or fax your documents.
