I need to build a paypal account, only to buy stuff from ebay. No need to sell stuff there or transfer that money back to my bank accounts, or receive it in cash ....

I ordered a sampath webcard of 2500

Is it ok for me to build a sri lankan paypal account? Why do people keep building malaysian ones, does SL ones get taxed or illegal or limited something like that?

Help. Haven't done this before.

dude paypal is good.but moneybookers account is better than paypal.you can transfer money very easily to your bank account.moneybookers also have the same facilility of buying ebay items. moneybooker tax for a transaction is just $2 or $3 s.but in paypal its too high.if you do not verify your account with creid card you cant recive money.people make malaysian paypal accounts because its easy.thx buddy more problems??? ask from thiz thread. if the answer is perfect give a + reputation

There is nothing to worry about creating a SL paypal with a webcard.

people create malaysian or other country paypals 'coz SL PPs cant receive money; only send.

if you want to pay for ebay items you have to have a paypal acocunt since most of ebay sellers dont accept MB.
