As i know Sampath Bank take 1 to 2 weeks to activate the Web-Card.Steps for get Web-CardFirstly you have to fill a form that request a Sampath Web-Card & handover it with money. To receive the Web-Card there are two method.1.) You can get Card to your home address. (will take 2 weeks to receive) 2.) Otherwise you can get through Bank Branch.(take only one week to receive)The easy & better way is method 2.) because it's fastest ; After short period you'll receive a letter from Sampath Bank Card Center & In this letter you have to put your signature & then hand over that letter to your Sampath Bank Branch & get the Web-Card. . . After you got the Web-Card you have to wait 1 or 2 weeks because your Sampath Bank Branch will must resent your letter to Sampath Card Center...As soon as the Card Center got your letter they will active your Web-Card . . .   </blockquote>
