Guys, this is really upsetting. :/ The people in Sampath bank say that their debit card (VISA) can be linked to Paypal. But Paypal gives an error:
"We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. Please also make sure your credit card billing address matches your PayPal street address."
Is it really an error, or DC can't be used? I called the buggers at the branch and they said they know people who use the DC for Paypal.. :O
