PC doesn't boot! Please help

It can be your CPU fan... just remove your casings side panel and unplug all the HDDs DVD/CD ROMs and network or sound cards... just turn the pc on with ur ram cpu and vga... and use a pedestal fan to cool the cpu... so that u will knw whthr its a heat problem.... ehema karalath wada kare nattan wena motherboard ekakata oyage ram vga and cpu gahala balanna wada karanawada kiyala...

mach reset bios from removing cmos battery and after 3 second again reseat it...
re assemble it out of the case with only cpu..then check again

Most probably the CPU is over heating mchn... buy out a jel and paste on the processor and see....

may be your memory or memory slots r faulty else the fan and the processor r not fixed correctly the last the m/b has some issue.

But if you say the system works for 15min at times it has to be the memory or the processor fan.

i had the same problem i change the heat sing...after that its worked fine.....i am 200% sure its a problem in heat sign....change it...

can you tell me anything about the processor temperature?
go to the BIOS and check it out then make a post here.

it restarts cause the temperature goes up when the computer was turned on.
it normally happens after the OS loads up. he may get into the BIOS and check the temperature. that's all.

the heat is less than 45'c always even that is after the pc is kept on for a while.. but im pretty sure this cant be the temp cos this happens whn i switch it for the 1st time in the day in early morning. Ive tried different rams (which ware working) but still it is the same prob.. i highly doubt it has sonmething to do with the mobo.. but my only hope is may it not be so!
