Responce Time
We offer all our customers 02 hour response in Colombo city limits. On a case-by-case basis loan units are offered, where repairs to faulty systems requires more than 48 hours at our repair facilities, However for time critical installations, should the customer require specialized service such as fast response time, facilities management resources, round the clock support service, standby units, comprehensive warranty etc. We have the required resources to extend such support.
