PC Restart!!!!

Guys, Thers a problem!!!
My pc is reatarting when the Tel CABLE is connect to the modem
There are NO viruses
This will NOT happen when ONLY the modem is connected.
When the line connected, modem attempt to connect two or three times (usually takes 2 or 3 mints) and the pc is restarting!!!
I wont see whether ADSL line is there in task bar ( Green DOT)

HELP ME with this, WHY is this happen????????????

dialup modem error buy a new one

I mean mama wena PC ekaka baluwa,
ewageth thinne automatically restart select wela!!!!

Medem eka vendor gen check kara, But no error
ethenedi modem eka online wenawa!!!! ( Green Indicater)
But at my home ehema wenne naha ( Indicater change colour red and blue)
colour keepa parak change wela restart wenawa!!!

this can be a Hardware Conlifct.What are other USB Devices u have and Whats ur modem ?
