They are changing to PaaS now so new technologies are started to using. you have lot of extra activities organized by company . rules are bit tough due to incidents happened in past. for new comers don't do IT,  there are lot of ways to get a good jobs over the world try for unique jobs and make you satisfied life or start something your own rather working to someone else.  there are more uneducated people find money than  you guys who have double degrees.  Do not be a victim of modern boiler slavery </blockquote>
