You can do it with any supporting router and can forward to any port you like.And you can get the stream URL, port etc.. and even watch encrypted video with disturbed picture.I can't remember the encryption method on that IPTV device but never able to find any way to decode it on the internet back in 2010.May be things are changed now. check your device model info on the internet and it says about the encryption method.</blockquote>
